Hi,
If you have a OEM Windows XP Cd, then you should go back to your OEM, and
ask for a replacement cd.

For all intents and purposes, when you damaged or lost your OEM cd, you signed your fate:
You will most probably have to purchase a new cd, since very few OEM suppliers provide
such support, and Microsoft won't support OEM software.

If, on the other hand, the OEM supplied you with a damaged CD, and won't replace it,
report them to your Secretary of State for fraud. You will probably still have to purchase
a new CD, but you will have the satisfaction of being in the right.

Greetings --

You'll have to get a replacement CD from whomever you initially
purchased the OEM license. Microsoft cannot and will not provide
support for an OEM license.
