Help! My New / Reply / Forward buttons are shaded in outlook and won't work.
I can't send any messages,

Is it a trial version that has expired?
Is it a new retail version that has not been activated?

In addition to what Tom said, have you set up an Email account?
 
My sofware is activated and my email account is set - up. I can receive the
emails, I just can't respond?
 
Do you get any error messages? Does test account settings work?
