Hello Everyone!
I have a small windows network that has about a dozen Win2000 machines
and a few newly aquired WinXP machines. These pcs all play nicely with
file and printer sharing, but when I try to access files in a shared
folder on a remote Win2k from any of the other computers, I have to type
a user name and password before I can even see what resources are
shared, whereas when I try to access a shared folder or printer on one
of the XP machines, I am not prompted to enter a username/pass. My
question is: how can I get the Win2k machines to share their folders
without asking for a username or password, just like the XP machines do?
Thanks!
