My Music mystery files

Hi, I've got a newbie question. When I navigate to "My Music" in Media
Center, not only do I see the files that are in my Windows "My Music" folder,
but I also see other tracks from bands that I never heard of.

Where are these tracks coming from? Does Media Center get them from an
internet site somewhere? If so, are there standard sites that provide
content to Media Center?

They came free with your PC a la MS. You can delete them if you like.
