My Music Folder: Tunes Appearing more than Once

Is there a way to automatically sort through My Music Folder in order to see
if I've got more than one copy of a tune in there?

Some tunes seem to appear in more than one place even though I know I've
only ripped them once and I don't know why. I don't want to delete what
appears to be an unnecessary copy, only to find that I've deleted the tune
completely.
