my music files skip

My music files skip on whatever a play media I use to
play it. I do not know what to do.

I presume you are using Windows Media Player? Try another
player. You can find these on the web using a search of
some kind. I use one called QCD that might have been from
QCD.com. It has worked better than Media Player.

Be warned: Media Player still tries to run the show. If
both players kick up at the same time, your system could
choke up. See the post above yours titled Default music
cd player. should help stop Media Player from hogging the
fun.
