My MS Office installed in my notebook came without Access. So why it is
necessary if I want to install any Access program ?!

Access is part of the (more expensive) Office Pro package. It doesn't come
with the plain-vanilla Office installation, and evidently your laptop vendor
went with the less expensive option.

It's not clear what "it" you're asking about. You can run the Office programs
Word, Excel, Outlook; you can't run PowerPoint or Access because you don't own
them.
 
Just being familliar with the Access I have a Alexa plus MDB Viewer program
.. And I am not curious storing data and watching the screen . That might be
expensive. AnyWay Access Runtime program that Tom refered me might be good
for my notebook. Thank you guys.....
