My MS Office displays an error msg "messaging interface has retur.

I cannot use my MS Outlook, it dislays an error message "The Messaging
Interface has returned an unknown error. If the Problem persists, restart
your outlook." The Outlook launches but if i click on the contacts, calendar,
etc. it displays that error msg. This started when i reinstaled my OS. I'm
using XP. Any help will be appreciated.

sounds like an corrupt profile,
please create a new profile

I am receiving the same error, and welcome any input for fixing.

I did as you said and created a new profile. So far this seems to
work. I am going import my .pst files and see if it still works.
