my Microsoft Picture It! Photo Premium 9

I was trying to send a copy of my signatures from a
Christian Band to a friend via email. For some reason,
It didn't scan the whole page, which is on a small sheet
of paper like a 2 1/2 x 3 and only shows part of it.
What can I do to correct it. I have tried taking the
zoom out and that didn't do it. Help!

The problem may be that there is not enough
contrast to allow your scanner to auto-detect
the edges of the document.

Open PI9 and go to...File / Get picture from /
Scanner...

On the Scan Picture screen...check the
"My Scanner Software" method.

Click...Scan...

Now you should see a screen with several
options and a preview window that shows
your document.

Now...left click/drag a box around the exact
portion of the document that you expect to
see in the finished scan.

Click the "Scan" button.

When the scan appears in your work area...
go to...File / Send in E-mail.
