my menu bar dissapeared

My menu bar is missing and I don't know how to get it
back. If you have had this problem or know anything about
it PLEASE, tell me what to do.

Not sure what you mean by 'menu bar' - do you mean the Start menu or the
taskbar?
 
press F11
