My Media Center flickers

Anyone knows why my Windows Media Center flickers when I start it? I
installed Vista, installed ATI XP drivers. But it flickers when playing the
ATI HTDV, or even when the TV is not on. I have a 32 inch LCD monitor hooked
up as the display.

Video drivers, most probably. I had occasional flickering in full-screen
WMP/MC and some games with nVIDIA 7600 GT until 97.46 drivers for Vista came
out.
