It seems that my good old MAG XJ810 monitor is dying.
It's still working, but :
1. From time to time I hear loud clicking noises from the monitor
2. When I boot into Windows and the OS changes video modes the monitor
suddenly turns off. Actually, according to the front panel led it does
not turn off, but there is no picture on the screen. If I turn it off
and on it continues to work OK.
3. There is some weird problem with screen size - from time to time it
sponeneously changes !

Is it the end of it :) ? Should I start shopping for a new monitor or
is there a way to save this one ?

Thanks.

Well... Since I'm willing to try and fix it, I was hoping for a more
professional opninion. Somebody suggested that it might be the FBT.
Any other thoughts ?

The FBT would be my first thought, but is very expansive. Look for bad
solder joints aroud de FBT, you might get lucky if you resolder it
