Hello,
I'm using MSW XP Pro with SP1. I've discovered how to link Excel Data to a
Word Doc. The doc is a Proposal to be sent to clients and the formatting
must be preserved. I made the links so I could auto populate the variables
of custom proposals based upon data entered and calc'd in Excel.
Problem is when I Copy, Paste (match destination formatting and Link to
Excel) the linked value is appearing on it's own line. If I try to correct
the formatting and place the link where I want it to be, mid-sentence for
instance, then it won't update through Edit, Links, Update Now. And when I
update via Ctrl+A, F9 then it updates and jumps back onto it's own line...
Any ideas?
TIA,
Angela
