Seriously, this feature has been disabled by Microsoft
following a patent dispute. If you re-enable this
feature, you will be breaking a software patent.
Although I am no supporter of software patents, I
am loth to give you instructions on how to break
the law.
As far as I know, the patent holder has not explicitly
given permission for end-users to be exempt.
I would welcome any reference to an authoritative legal
statement from the patent holder.
Failing that, my only suggestion is that you
write to your congressman.
