my laptop mic is not working

how i m going to refix this no internal and external mic is working please help
alsoi lost my BIOS password can anyone help me fix this as well
i.e. how to recover a a lost password
 
Call the manufacturer and ask for the hardware jumper setting to reset bio
password. This is the only way.
