my laptop cannot connected to internet with LAN

Hello
My laptop connect to internet with dial-up
Our office LAN support internet too
Although I configure all setting of proxy and port exactly
But my laptop cannot connected to internet with LAN
(No packet received)
Can you help me to finding my error?
