This has just recently happened, and I can't figure why. The computer runs
fine for awhile and then all of a sudden if I push my email button and my
AutoCAD is open, it wants to close it. If I manually close AutoCAD and push
the email button, the computer want to shut down or reboot. If I push the
Windows Internet Explorer the same thing happens. If I push a programmable
button, i.e., my one for Window Explorer the same thing happens. If I pick
a desktop icon to goto the internet, that works, but it tells me that the
filtering software I use on my computer doesn't have a profile selected and
I have to go in and reselect one. If I turn on the radio that is part of
the computer and OS, I have lost all my preset stations and have to reselect
them and save them, or reboot the computer. I'm using a Microsoft Wireless
Desktop Elite Keyboard and a wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0, but I've
changed the batteries in both and still no difference. Now if I reboot the
computer, all is well for awhile then it starts again, and rebooting is the
only way to fix the problem for now anyway. Does anyone have any idea on
what is going on?
