If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

The JavaScript checkbox on Tools->Page Options - Authoring tab is
usually ticked and not available.
What JavaScript does not work? And how are you accessing it?
If you are using Windows XP Pro SP2 then JavaScript is disabled (for
security reasons) when previewing (or using preview in browser) in a
disc based web. Publish to a server and test from the server using an http://..etc location, where the security restriction does not apply.
thanks for the reply. I just followed the instructions on the MS Officie
Assistance website about creating dynamic screentips in Frontpage 2003, and
it simply does not work. I've uploaded the page to my website and disabled
the popup blocking option, but that didn't work either.

Thanks for the answer, however, the problem is solved now. It seems I had
done something wrong at first, which explains why the code did not work.
Thanks again for the answer
best wishes
