My Intellisense has lost its marbles

It really isn't the intellisense but I guess that describes the issue as
best I can. When I write my code and click off the line it changes any part
of the code which has .Add to .aDD. Is there some way I can fix this? As
far as I can tell this is the only screwed up intellisense I have noticed.
Anyone ever seen this behavior before? Thanks.
