Hi, Suddenly, my incoming email requires myuser name and password. Which
password etc. is this?. Iv`e tried the ntl user name and password I was
given years ago but that doesn`t work. When this happened I was prompted to
invest in "UNIBLUE" I reluctantly did so and this tells me I have 4 drivers
out of date and invites me to correct them When I say ok it tells me to
join. I have alredy joined.
When I try to get anywhere I`m asked for my "reference No," I have an order
No. and a serial No. but no reference No.
Can you sort out what is going on.
C.H.Chard. (e-mail address removed). As my incoming email doesn`t work, try

The time and date in your computer seems behind time by more than 24 hours.
If you fix that then perhaps you will fix some other problems.

Please don't be gullible and join unsolicited junk on the Internet.
Most of the time those are scams.
If you need advice, ask the experts in the Microsoft newsgroups.
We don't charge any fees nor will we ask you to join anything.
Sorry, we don't supply help via the telephone or private email.
Post your question here, and read the responses here also.
I suggest you uninstall that "Uniblue" thing.

When you get that prompt for username & password, click 'Cancel'.
That should pop up an error message. Right-click on your error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
