My inbox does not show my emails

On a network, I can log on and my inbox is empty. Then I
log onto another computer within the network and my inbox
has a bunch of emails. Why can't I see them on the first
computer?
 
Change your view to show ALL messages. You probably have a view to hide
read messages.
 
Have a look at your profile on both computers and find out where messages
are being saved/delivered to.
