My IE won't remember my toolbar settings

For some reason, my IE won't keep the settings of my
toolbar of IE. I have to manually select items like
google toolbar or norton antivirus toolbar every time I
start IE. Can anyone help me?

If you plan on not using these toolbars again, try to
remove them by selecting from your I.E. browser
VIEW>TOOLBAR>CUSTOMIZE in there remove the bar that you
want removed. If you plan to uses these items in the
future, the make sure that the TOOLBAR LOCK is checked!
