Hi,

In a intranet web site my associates can see different background colors
on different rows in a table. But my IE only shows the white background
color. I go to the internet options/accessibility/ and uncheck the
three check boxes - ignore colors, ignore font etc. Can you think of
any other reason that causes this problem? Please help me out. Thanks
for any hint.

Tony

Hi Tony,

Uncheck 'Format documents using my style sheet' on the Accessibility dialog.

Another reason, possibly, is that you have different color display settings
to your colleagues. Right click on your desktop to display the Properties
dialog and check that you are using the full resolution of your monitor
(more than 16 colors).

Regards.

Hi Rob,

I did both before. But it didn't work. There must be some other reasons.

Hi Tony,

Dont know what else it could be. I have XP pro and there are graphics
options that may or not be the same for you.

Right clicking on my desktop has options for Graphics Properties and
Graphics Options which have settings for 16 and 32 bit color amongst other
color settings.

That the table backgrounds appear on other users puters suggest that it is
your puters settings. I could only suggest comparing yours with theirs.

Post back here with your solution if you find one.

Regards.
