My icons are showing as unknown

My problem is that my .wav , .mp3 , .avi icons are showing as unknown
few days ago i installed this program that changes the icons ... then after
uninstalling it, the icons has changed to unknown... i tried Tweak UI but it
didn't fix all the icons...
help me please....
 
Click Start, click "Set Program Access and Defaults"
Click "Custom"
Select "Windows Media Player"
Click OK.
