My icon goes off

I am using winxp media center sp2, my machine has dual boot
option(second one is Server 2003), I generally use XP. I dnt know what
happen to machine when I start my machine using xp, it get start & I
get all the desktop Icons there after a few seconds all the items goes
off, I can use onle ctrl+alt+del key only but unable to recover my
start menu & desktop items.
Plz help me to get rid off this problem, in the safe mode everthing is
ok.....

Hi,

If it is all ok in Safe mode, then you need to isolate what is loading in
normal mode that is causing explorer to crash.
