My host said to do it myself, ya right!

Hi, me again. I need a robots.txt file, and this is beyond my ability,
wayyyyyy beyond.
Any help would be so appreciated.

Sorry, I see below where Thomas (Thanks Thomas!) posted a link on how to make
it, so I will give it a try.
