Hi

I have recently encountered this problem. The IE just
keeps on pointing to an unwanted default home address.
I've tried to change it to wwww.msn.com and saved it. But
when I reboot my PC, it falls back to the old unwanted
default home address.

I even tried to change this in the Regedit and saved my
change. However, the same happend everytime I reboot my
PC. It just keeps on pointing to my old unwanted address.

Could anybody pls help me out?

Thanks,
Wong

Hi.

You probably have some spyware on your computer that is changing you home
page. you should install a spyware remover program like spybot and see if
that helps

First, scan the system for parasites and remove them. SpyBot S&D searches
your harddisk for Spyware and Adware

&

Adaware (similar)

(Remember to perform a Webupdate to have the latest definitions installed)
