My Hijack this result

Hiya,

Well I've had problems with a keylogger or something along those lines. My msn account has been hijacked twice in a few days despite changing password etc, and I can't find anything with my virus software.

Thanks for replying

Yep I did change the secret answer aswell as the question now on MSN. Also downloaded Spybot search and destroy amongst other things, and found a tracking cookie tagged to my MSN account.

So hopefully that was it, though I'll look around to see what the below is about

Well I've just found something that I really don't like lurking in my system reg "Spyware.NetVizor" it says its located in...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsfot\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\DisplayName

Theres also another called "BazookaBar" in...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsfot\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\UninstallString

How should I go about fixing it? Especially with the "Spyware.NetVizor", because the description reads...

"Commercial keylogger program that will record all actions done on your PC."

Interesting, theres no mention of them in your HJT log.....

Your log tells me you use Norton. I found this on the Symantec website, made me laugh....

What Anti spyware programs have you got? Better still download the following if you dont have them already.

AVG anti spyware
Spybot S&D

From here

Update them them run a full scan with each prog. Delete/quarentine what it finds.

I would also suggest you get rid of nortons and install something else....Maybe AntiVir.
