I tried to install Vista Beta 2 in my computer, and at the middle of this
installation, my monitor turn's off, and I never can't bootup my computer
again with graphics!

I tried in other pc plug the ati x600 and it isn't work, so Vista has
damaged my ati, and now?

The same thing happend to a friend, with a ati 9200.

Help me!

I am not positive but I think anything after ati9200 is supported but not
before. actually most major video card with hardware graphic accelerator
and at least 64 MB released in last couple year are supported if you can
find the right video driver for Vista.

Btw there a place to check for compatibility of your pc before starting to
install!

But my pc is new:
P4 3,6Ghz
1Gb DDR2
ATI X600..........

I really don't know....:S

I can't install XP because my graphics card even doesn't start????!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure what that means "doesn't start". I'm sorry, as I am trying to
help.

When you boot the machine, do you see the manufacturer's logo (like Dell)
and the boot messages?

Tom

Hi again!

I turn on the computer, but nothing appears at monitor, no manufacter logo
or bios information.
In my first post I write "Vista as damaged my graphics"!

thanks
