my games

i downloaded some games from the iwin.com and quite successful in that level.
but when i tried to open it and play, i got an error message. the note
suggested that i adjust my screen resolution and the color depth but to no
avail. i still wasn't able to play my games. then the message suggested
that maybe my video card doesn't support my games so i might need an update
on that area. but the thing is, i don't know where and how to begin with
this "video card" thing. i am running a window xp prof. and i have updated
my program with service pack 3. i need solutions ASAP

Do you now? ASAP? For games.

First - why did you install a beta service pack? (SP3 for Windows XP is NOT
full release. It is pre-release at this time.)
Second - what exactly are these games? Specifically?
Third - can you give the EXACT wording of any message you get when trying to
run them?
