My Front Page site is not downloading to disk properly.

I have created a website with FrontPage 2003. It has been posting for over a
year. This time when I updated the information it saved fine and as I
created it. However, When I download the file to disk so I can get it posted
at work it takes away all of the background themes. It does not matter if I
save it on disk, flash drive, etc... How do I make this not do this?
 
If your remote web has FP extensions enabled and working you should Publish
it down to your hardrive.
Open FP
Open Site
open the online site, then
File | Publish
to your hardrive
