I guess the general group is as good as any place to post. At least I'm
seeing a few MVP's here so I hope you have some line of communication with
Microsoft. I have been running a registered copy of Giant Anti-spyware for
awhile now, but I uninstalled it today to check this one out. Yes, it is
pretty much a copy of the original with a couple of things missing. Any
idea why the System Innoculation and the Secure File Shredder were removed
from the Advanced Tools?
For those who are not familiar with Giant Company Anti-Spyware, it is simply
THE BEST software on the market at this point. Sunbelt's CounterSpy will
rate about the same since they purchased the rights to the scan engine and
updates for the next few years. Yes, there are a few minor performance
issues that need to be cleaned up, but nothing drastic in the several months
that I have been running it.
The one thing I am very anxious to get back is the spynet.com website.
Please, someone tell me that Microsoft is planning to put it back online.
This site was by far the best site for technical information on the vairous
spyware that exists on the Internet. Problem is it does not exist anymore.
Please Please bring it back!!!
