Are you talking about Internet Explorer?
The line where the address goes?

Windows Explorer?
The line where the name of the folder goes?

You need to give more details.

I'm talking about Windows Explorer. It's about the bar with "File, Edit,..,
Help" and "Address". My Explorer show me only two windows: in the left
"Folders", in the right an other window with files and directors. Nothing at
the top of these!

OK
Start/Run/Regedit

In the left hand pane, find this line
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ExplorerIn the right-hand pane, if you find 'NoFileMenu', delete it, and reboot.Report back here.Be careful in the registry.--TrishDublin, Ireland

I see only two windows (left and right). How can I see the explorer bar?

If you are referring to Windows Explorer, click on View and then Explorer
Bars. A flyout menu will appear with several choices.

If you currently have Windows Explorer showing the tree view of the
directory on the left and the right column displays the contents of any
left column item that is highlighted, the explorer bar named Folders is
already enabled.

I hope it will work. It's about my computer from home. I'll verify this and I
will respond you tomorrow. Right now I'm in the office and here I use Windows
XP SP2. These commands in Regedit do not work because I don't find what youu
tell me but probably in SP1 it will work.
Thanks a lot!

Before you try the registry edit, which can cause problems if you get
it wrong, go the the 'View' menu in Explorer and look at the 'Toolbars'
options and see what's turned on and what's off.

And how does she do that when the menu bar is what's missing?

Well I have spent five minutes fiddling and I can't make the menu bar
disappear, it's not an option as far as I can see.
