I am running Office Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1 on Windows 2000
Professional SP4. I recently had a problem sending a message due to a phone
line being hung up and since this happened, my sending email address has been
changed to *******************@outbound#.mail.tds.net so no one can reply to
my messages, where # has been 1, 2, or 3. I have also removed my Norton
Antivirus 2004 software and tried to send a message, but the same problem
occurs without any Antivirus software. I reloaded NAV after trying this test.
I can receive messages OK in Outlook and I am able to send messages without
the sending address being changed when I use my ISPs web interface. I have
also run Office Update and applied any outstanding patches to my Office
programs.
Should I remove and reload Outlook 2003 or is there a less extreme thing to
try?
