Ok so i put the software in the disc drive and my DVD RW drive doesnt even
reconize that a C-D is even in it. What can I do to correct the problem, and
does window vista play game c-d's that require windows 2000 and less?

Copy the below information to Notepad:

*******************************************

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoDriveTypeAutoRun"=dword:00000095

*******************************************

Save the file as Autoplay.reg

Go to where you saved the file. Double click to run the file. Accept the
addition to the registry.

Reboot. Put in the Audio CD or Movie DVD and watch it start correctly.

Did you do the registry merge given to you by Richard Urban? If not,
please do that. If yes, then your DVD drive may have failed. Some ways
to test:

1. Boot the computer with another bootable CD - a Windows XP install
disk, a Knoppix (Linux) live CD, etc. Does this work? If yes, you know
the issue is with Vista. If no, you know the drive has failed and needs
to be replaced.

2. Alternative to the above is to swap the drive out with a
known-working one. If it works in Vista, discard the original drive.

If the drive has failed and the computer is still under warranty,
contact the computer mftr.'s tech support for repair/replacement.
