Just to clarify: by "clean" install I meant a format of the installation
partition (which would wipe any and all data there) and then installing XP.

be
| intact(you would be asked to reinstall your program files as they won't be
| registered to the registry), and your old folders should stay in the same
| place.
| Your new My documents folder is in C:\Documents and Settings\{Your
Name}\My

| Your old My documents folder should be in C:\My documents
| You can access it using the My Computer\C:\
