My Documents Re-direction

I am using a GPO to route all users documents to a shared
server. However, since I have the "give user exclusive
rights" checked in, I can't even back them up. Heck, I
can't even open them while logged on as Admin. Any
suggestions on what I should do?

I appreciate your feedback and I'm just about there.
However, I don't understand the "open a CMD prompt in the
System Context"..... I can't figure out how to do this?
