My Documents Link Not Working

I cannot open "My Documents" folder by clicking on the
link when I have Web content enabled in Explorer. I read a
MS knowledgebase article on this issue, but they say you
have to call them for the specialized hotfix. I have SP4
and all updates installed on Windows 2000 Pro.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem.
Both
My documents and My Computer
do not link.

We both wait for some help with this.
