My Documents Customizing Problems

Ok, this is a miner problem I have been having...

I'm a guy who loves to customize my desktop but My
Documents, My Videos, My Pictures, and several other
folders don't seem to like this idea. My Documents as
well as other folders always appears as a picture folder,
My Pictures appears as a document folder and My Videos
appears as a music folder. Also, these folders can not be
customize. I've tryed deleting the folders and making a
new one, I've tryed moving the folders to new locations
but nothing seems to work.

Is there any one out there that can help me out?
