My documents access

How can I access My Documents folder(which was made
private) from another operating system (Win XP Pro)
istalled on the same hard drive?
The operating system which was used to create the private
option for My Documents is messed up. The registry was
luckily saved but the profiles were deleted!
Please help!!!
