Depending on what you mean by "shrunk" either use the page setup to check the page layout is still A4 or the zoom under view to make sure it's still either page width or 100% whichever you're comfortable with.

If so, move the mouse pointer to the junction between two pages until the shape of the pointer changes and then double click. -- Hope this helps.
