My digital camcorder does not work properly

I understand from looking at the chat, that WindowsXP does not support other digital still camera programs. Is this true? I used RCA digital still camers on my old system and now it does not work on the WindowsXP. I do not want to loose this program. Is there something I can do. HELP!!!

Can you be a little more specific on what RCA software you are using? RCA
does provide support for upgrading their software to work with Windows XP on
their website. I'm assuming you might be talking about the RCA Camcorder
Picture Navigator software. Check this link for an upgrade to get it to work
with Windows XP:
