my desktop is locked

please help..

i was nailed real bad by virus, and spyware. i formatted since then, and
they are all gone, but something has happened since then.. my desktop has a
display that says spyware infections, and goes on to tell me about removing
them..

but the problem that i have it that i cannot change that screen at all, i
have tried to change the themes, or even colors, nothings works.. it seems
like the desktop is locked or so. I have noron systemworks 2005 installed, i
have already contacted them, they tell me that it is a Windows XP issue and
not with thier software, but would like to know what the out come is

If you can find your display ads your support must of course
help you.

Probably Winfixer, PS Guard or WinAntiVirusPro and they
are something also for "Njorton" to deal with !

Otherwise post what ads your seeing.

Right click on your desktop and click properties. When the display
properties window opens click on the desktop tab. Then click on the
customize button. Then Click on the web tab and see what is located there,
there is a lock desktop and web themes in there that you may want to
turnoff.
 
sorry but it is not checked..
I did download the etrust anti spyware software it did find a trojon in a
desktop.html file that was in the windows dir.
but everything is clean now, the spyware infection from before is gone, but
my desktop is still locked..
 
Can you describe a little but more by what you mean by Locked, what can't
you do what can you do.
