My customize command in Outlook is not responding. Help please.

I just reinstalled my Office applications on a new computer. Everything
seems to be working fine so far except for the customize option in Outlook.
I have tried reinstalling and repairing Office with no change. What do I
need to do to customize my Outlook Today page?

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
