I reinstalled Outlook 2003 due to some perceved problems, now my contacts,
emails, and calender have disappeared-they have reappered once when I opened
outlook, then disappeared again. Does anyone know how I can restore these
files?

My OS is XPpro, Outlook is 2003, I understand file extention is *.pst - I see
the data file. I do not know how to import the data,i.e: contacts, email,
calander into the newly reinstalled Outlook 2003. What information do you
need to help me?

Not with so little information.
Find and use the Outlook data file that contains your information.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

First, do not import the data.
The Help files tell you how to migrate your data to a new installation.
