My computer (XP pro)

If I open "My Computer" to view hard drives and others, it start's searching (you know with a torch) and it takes quite long time before it will find the drives. I was trying already to restrore from backup but there wasn't any help. It has worked earlier... I haven't installed any programs (atleast can't think any certain point where it stopped running normally). So may I have some assistance, please!
 
Hi Kamala,

Start/run msconfig, go to the services tab and disable (uncheck) the line
loading Windows Image Acquisition. Click apply/ok and reboot, see if this
resolves the problem.
