I have WindowsXP.
I have come across this problem recently.
When I turn off the computer via Windows, it
shuts down but then after about 20 secs it
starts up again.
Therefore I have to turn it off at the power
switch at the back of the computer.
But when I try to turn it on again next
morning there is a delay before it starts up
even after pushing the start button several
times.
Could this be a power-supply problem?
I have a 300W Task International "Switching
Power Supply" Model TK-930TX.
Please help.
