Not using a cell phone or instant messenger client here - no need to utilize
shortened notation. Full words, proper grammar and punctuation are
appreciated when posting questions. It at least shows an effort put forth -
concern over the issue at hand. Not to mention there are reasons the
shortened notation of instant messaging and other forms of texting are not
used in most public media. *smile*

Also - this is a newsgroup - it is customary to respond to newsgroup
postings *in the newsgroup* - so that everyone might benefit. They are
archived indefinitely by Google Groups as well... I will CC your email
address, but I suggest you come back to this posting to respond in-kind - as
you will receive the benefit of many people seeing your problem/comments
over a one-on-one conversation. Many people working on your issue for free
has got to be better than one.

- What "something did you try to delete off your computer"?

You may need to try: SFC /SCANNOW

If that does not get you fixed up - a repair or in-place installation may be
