my computer sometimes restarts itself unexpectedly and more crazy things...

my computer sometimes restarts itself unexpectedly and
when i am not touching anything so i know its not me. Then
now i get this message like my computer screen shuts off
comes back with a blue like setup screen and displys this
text... *** STOP: 0x0000000A
(Ox0FF59824,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x8042CA3C)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
....what do i do now...? How do i get rid of these errors?
What created them? please help me in some way or
another... Thank you.

Check all your fans for non-operation
and especially look for dust in the fins of the CPU cooler.
