My computer shuts down by itself

Hi!
My computer shuts down with no reason whenever it wants.


On shut down I get this massege:
*** STOP: 0X0000001E (0XC0000005, 0XEB8F45D0, 0X00000000, 0X0028DB47)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDED
***Address EB8F34D0 base at EB8F4000, Datestamp 43b44ba7 - i386p.sys


Beginning dump of physical memory

How is your virus scanner? Your PC is probably infected -
Google lists some 100 hits for i386p.sys, and most appear
to be virus-related.
